Delicious Burrito Bowl Recipe:
This bowl is a great choice for lunch or dinner, with lots of nutrients and very customizable options. The combination of beans and beef is a great source of protein for a great tasting, filling meal.
Ingredients:
~ Ground beef
~ 3-4 Roma tomatoes
~ Corn (frozen or fresh)
~ A can of black beans
~ Avocado
~ Rice
~ Onion (red or white)
~ Other options: cilantro, grilled chicken, no meat
Directions:
1. Place ground beef in a frying pan and cook accordingly.
2. If grilling corn, add to grill for several minutes and slice off with a knife. If using frozen corn, begin preparing.
3. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
4. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes. Dice the onion into fine pieces. Slice the avocado.
5. If you wish, heat up the can of black beans.
6. Serve the bowl by placing the rice, then beef, onions, tomatoes, avocado, and corn on top. Enjoy :)
