Breakfast Superfoods: 

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Start off your day right with a nutrient-dense breakfast for energy, awakening of the body, and overall health. Here are the best choices for breakfast: 

    ~ Avocado toast

Avocado toast has recently become common on the internet because it's not only tasty, but avocado has many benefits. It's a great source of healthy fats and carbohydrates that leave you feeling full. This recipe is best with whole-grain toast and an egg on the side for some extra protein. 

    ~ Fruit bowl

Fruit is one of the best refreshing options to have for breakfast. The top superfood fruits include; watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, and cherries. They all provide essential nutrients and taste amazing in the morning. 

    ~ Eggs with spinach

Eggs are a popular breakfast option because they're simple, yet healthy. Eggs provide good sources of protein and cholesterol for our bodies in the morning. Adding spinach to your scrambled eggs is a good way to hide some extra leafy greens into your diet. 

    ~ Peanut butter and banana toast

This has recently become my number one breakfast option for many reasons. One being the great taste combination of the bananas and peanut butter. This toast also keeps you full for a great portion of the day because of the fiber in whole-grain bread. Peanut butter and bananas are also considered superfoods because they provide plenty of nutrients. 

    ~ Oatmeal

Oatmeal is considered a breakfast superfood because oats have many health benefits and the toppings make them a tasty option. Oats are a strong source of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This recipe includes berries, greek yogurt, and granola for extra nutrients and flavour. 

    ~ Yogurt parfait
This parfait is made with coconut greek yogurt, granola, almonds, and fresh strawberries. The parfait seen at the beginning of this article is the same, except with blueberries. Parfait is a great breakfast choice because Greek yogurt contains more protein than regular yogurt, the almond provides protein, and the berries give this recipe a fresh, awakening taste.

These pancakes are on this list because they have great sources of fiber with the oats inside. The banana in this recipe gives them a bright taste and is a healthy binding agent. These are great for mornings when you have a little more time and you're craving a sweet recipe.

Here are 10 tips for cleaning your space:      1. Comfy clothes & music Cleaning your room can be pretty boring in silence. Put on some comfy clothes and a good playlist that won't distract you too much with dancing.      2. Wash sheets Your sheets should be cleaned a minimum of once every two weeks, so throw them in!
