Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe:
This smoothie is my favourite recipe because it's fast, delicious, fresh, and healthy ingredients can easily be hidden inside.
Ingredients:
~ Orange juice or almond milk (orange juice makes it sour, milk makes it sweet)
~ Frozen fruits (strawberries, pineapple, mango, and peaches) These ingredients can also be fresh, I use frozen for a thicker and colder smoothie.
~ Baby spinach
~ Greek yogurt
Directions:
~ Add all ingredients to the blender. I use about 1 cup of fruit, about a 1/3 cup of spinach and yogurt, and fill my liquid to just cover the other ingredients.
~ You can also use this smoothie for a smoothie bowl by adding granola and fruit on top.
