A cold shower sends impulses to the brain that create clarity, alertness, and provide energy. Even if you take a warm shower, turn the water cold for about 30 seconds just before you hop out. Endorphins will be sent to the brain which leads to feelings of optimism. Consider exercising before your cold shower, to make it less intense.

Being dehydrated can be a huge contender in your fatigue. Try to drink a glass of water when you feel tired and keep up with your body. When you feel thirsty, take a drink. The 8 cups a day rule should prevent being tired from dehydration.
